During his 25-year career in the construction industry, Billy has excelled in retail, warehouse, and grocery store construction. He has managed numerous projects simultaneously in multiple locations, with a focus on maintaining schedules, budgets, and owner relations. He has experience producing and maintaining CPM schedules, the formulation of project budgets, strategic planning for negotiated projects, estimating for lump sum competitive and negotiated bids, as well as problem-solving with owners, consultants and subcontractors. Billy is known for his enthusiasm and energy in attacking each project. In addition, he is a specialist at site development and entitlement.
Prior to joining Primus, Billy was a project manager for ICE Builders, Inc. in Anaheim, California. At ICE, Billy worked with developers in bringing projects from concept to completion. He performed conceptual estimating, scheduling, and contract negotiations. His repeat business is a testament to his skill and hard work. Billy is competant in the use of Primavera's P3 scheduling software, Meridian's Prolog Manager, and Microsoft Office.
