PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS

During his 13-year career, Devan has worked in a variety of accounting and finance positions, primarily in the construction industry.  His strengths are financial oversight, cash-flow management, budget analysis, accounting and tax preparation, legal coordination, and job cost accounting.  Devan is known for his understanding and meticulous review of the accounting and budgeting process.  He is proficient with Meridian's Prolog Manager, Timberline Gold Accounting, Microsoft Office, Novell NetWare, and Best FAS Asset Accounting.

Prior to joining Primus, Devan was employed by Howa Construction, Inc. a large general contractor and developer located in Salt Lake City, Utah.  While at Howa, Devan served as the Assistant Controller, Controller, and for 2 1/2 years as the CFO and Vice President of Accounting.  During that time, he led the team that implemented Meridian's Prolog Manager as the company standard for project management.  Devan has a detailed understanding of the construction process, having worked on site as the project accountant for the 25 story, $100 million, American Stores corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City.

Devan provides central control for all remote projects in the western United States.  He also ensures that Primus' Quality Control process accurately integrates with the accounting activities of the company.
