This project is located along the Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, CA. There is limited space on the site so the retail building will be two stories with a two level parking structure. The upper level will be accessed from a side street while the lower level access is directly from Pacific Coast Highway. The retail storefront will include a terrace with the parking at the rear. Potential tenants include Starbucks, a bank, Rubio’s, and another restaurant. The construction will require substantial shoring and a concrete retaining wall.
