Plaza at Point Happy
The Plaza at Point Happy is a two-story mixed-use development. The project consists two buildings and a two-story concrete parking structure. Tenants share a “Mexican Old World” exterior with views of the mountains and the lower Coachella Valley to the northeast. Construction is steel and wood, with exterior stucco and tile accents. Tenants include restaurants, retail, service businesses and office space. Visitors pass by a magnificent sculpture and water feature depicting the historic influence of the Cahuilla Band of Indians on the entire valley.
