Indian Falls Office Building #1

Indian Falls Corporate Office Center is the first phase of a master-planned, 300-acre destination resort in Palm Springs, CA.  Indian Falls Professional Building #1 is a 72,000 square foot, two-story office complex.  Designed with a waterfall theme, the building offers underground parking and golf course views (future).  During construction the building was sold to the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians for use as their headquarters.
