Golden Triangle Medical Center TI

This project is a second-story tenant build-out for a number of medical specialties including cardiology, surgery, obstetrics, and pharmacy.  The building shell was recently completed by another company and Primus is completing the interior build-out.  Our services included an analysis of existing conditions and recommendations for completing the MEP scope of work.
