Fiorini Hangar

The Fiorini Hangar is the first of potentially 28 hangars on the AmJet property at Front Range Airport, just 6 miles from Denver International Airport.  The building is approximately 27,000 Square Feet, steel construction with standing seam metal roof, in addition to 7.5" concrete floors and aprons.  The hangar has state-of-the-art Hydro-Swing awning doors that are 70' wide and 22'6" tall.  The building is divided into 6 separate 4,500 SqFt modules capable of housing Category I jets.  Future tenants may lease or purchase the individual modules.
