Murrieta Medical Buildings E&F

Murrieta Medical Buildings E & F are part of the Murrieta Medical complex situated at the intersection of Interstates 215 and 15 in Murrieta, California.  These two buildings are two-story, tilt-up concrete panel construction with a hybrid roof system and structural steel framing.  The interior contains wood joist with gyp-crete topping, metal stud drywall partitions, and tenant specific finishes.  There is high demand for medical office buildings in this portion of southern California.  Primus has successfully constructed up to three story tilt-up concrete office buildings.  This type of construction is a cost-effective alternative to structural steel with masonry/stone exteriors.  The exterior finish includes elastomeric paint in contrasting colors.  The parapet cap incorporates steel extensions for the eyebrow look of a Class A office building.
