Pasadena Business Park

This industrial business park consists of nine tilt-up warehouse/office buildings.  Some of the space may be divided for future tenants.  Primus’s largest project to-date, it includes a substantial amount of site work.  Over 25,000 yards of import were required and additional soil stabilization was needed due to a high water table.  The concrete panels will be painted and the roof is built up.
