Frito Lay Warehouse

While this warehouse has some leasable space, the primary tenant is Frito Lay, which plans to use the space as a distribution center.  The building is concrete tilt-up construction with extensive cast-in-place concrete work at the docks and loading areas.  There is a small amount of storefront as well as a stucco pop-out at the main entrance.  Primus is also completing the site work at this project, including underground utilities, grading, curb & gutter, asphalt paving and a retaining wall.
