Completed in a record 84 days from permit to open, this Applebee’s in Visalia, California is a standard 6,500 square foot stand-alone structure.  It is a wood-framed structure with exterior stucco, built-up asphalt roofing, awnings, lighting, and a standing-seam metal roof accent.  The project included site grading, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and landscaping.  Primus installed all kitchen and foodservice equipment, FF&E accessories, and décor packages.  Gala Development Corporation owns and operates numerous Applebee’s in the south and central regions of California.  Primus is their exclusive builder.
