Hollywood Park Shop Pad 7

Shop Pad 7 is a 6,500 SF shell building with 5 retail spaces.  The five tenants include Starbucks Coffee, Baskin Robbins, Wing Stop, Game Shop, and Panda Express.  The structure is wood frame with wood trusses.  The exterior is entirely clad in Stucco with EFIS detailing in various shaped surfaces.  Aluminum storefront with decorative awnings give the building a distinctive look, while raised roof and turrets add to the mass and height.
