Roseville Marketplace

This project was Primus’ first in Northern California and is located near the junction of Fairway and Pleasant Grove.  Construction is wood frame with stucco exterior that includes cultured stone accents.  The raised roof turrets are covered with clay tiles, while the remainder of the roofing is built-up.  Entrances contain decorative trellis and awnings.  Tenants include Starbucks, with a drive-thru window, Payless, Great Clips, and an electronics store.
