Staples Retail Center

This project included a 20,000 square foot Staples Office Supply Store and 14,800 square feet of additional retail space.  The structure is block and wood framed with lath and plaster exterior.  The clay tile roofing is in keeping with the surrounding development.  Primus Contracting Group and Perkowitz+Ruth teamed together to provide Design-Build services to the developer, with the goal of reducing overall costs and minimizing change order delays.
