Margarita Square consists of 84,000 square feet of retail space, located at the junction of Margarita Road and Murrieta Hot Springs Road in Murrieta, CA.  The exterior walls of this building are concrete tilt-up panels, with a substantial amount of framing, faux columns, and stonework to add detail and character to the front facade.  Primus was involved early in the development process, resulting in an approved construction drawing set within ten weeks.
