Date Street Plaza

Date Street Plaza is an infill strip center in a mixed-use neighborhood of retail, professional, and general office space.  The 3 buildings flow together without a common wall using landscape and hardscape features that compliment the entire development.  One of the buildings contains a unique radius wall, putting storefront on both streets.  Construction is wood framed with a stucco exterior that includes cultured stone accents, and raised roof turrets covered with clay tiles, while the remainder of the roofing is built-up.  This site had tremendous site conditions to overcome but ultimately the efforts were successful.  Tenants are attracted to the facility due to the easy traffic flow and usable space inside each of the buildings.
