Coronoa Valley Marketplace

Construction is underway at Corona Valley Marketplace, the fourth major project that Primus has teamed with Hughes Investments to complete. Located in the growing unincorporated area of Riverside County, just south of the Ontario Airport, this project includes a substantial amount of sitework. In addition to onsite curb & gutter, asphalt, utilities, etc., Primus is also completing a signal and improvements at the intersection of Archibald & Schleisman. The building portion of the project includes 3 shop buildings totaling 24,500 square feet of retail space.
