This project is unique for Primus Contacting Group in that it was begun by another General Contactor, whose involvement ended shortly after construction had originally started. Primus initially provided an analysis of existing work in place, including testing and assessment of all installed structural steel and concrete. Primus then submitted a plan to correct any non-conforming work and proceed with the project in the most cost-effective manner. The structure is wood-framed with some structural steel. The exterior is stucco, with stone accents and aluminum storefront. It is located near the campus of the University of California—Riverside.
