Yucaipa Retail

Yucaipa Retail Shops stands alone along Yucaipa Boulevard at the ‘top of hill’ between 6th and 7th streets.  The building over looks a valley to the north with views to the mountains.  The location drives the look and this building has a great look.  The exterior finishes include battered columns and an extensive tower clad with cultured stone and standing seam metal roof.  The tower look is a definite icon for the area.  The balance of the exterior is stucco and standard storefront.  There is room for five tenants within the total space.  The tenant space is paint ready and available for immediate occupancy.  On-site utilities have been a challenge, requiring special easements from adjoining land owners.  The building was completed in September, 2007.  The site package is scheduled to be complete in September, 2008.
