Carson Retail

Carson Retail is consists of two retail buildings on Atlantic & Carson Ave. in Long Beach, CA.  This high profile project is in a re-development area near the town center and thus subject to the scrutiny of the downtown development authority.  The project consists of five tenants including Wachoiva Bank, Game Stop, FedEx/Kinkos and two restaurants.  The buildings are wood framed with lap siding and smooth stucco accents.  One unusual component of the project is the metal-clad beam element around the exterior of the front and rear of the buildings.  The updated retro look is fresh yet consistent with the architecture in this area of Long Beach.  Primus also completed the interior build-out of the La Vineria restaurant, which included concrete counters and stained concrete floors.
