This fill-in retail shop building is being constructed in an existing development, which requires additional planning and coordination to minimize disruption to the surrounding businesses and infrastructure.  Construction is wood frame with stucco exterior, and the false second story turrets are covered with clay tiles.  A unique feature of this project is its spray-on foam roof provided by Ari-Thane.  This product provides superior energy efficiency and is easier to patch subsequent roof penetrations, a benefit with retail shells in which the tenant construction has not yet occurred.  The project is located just off the 210 freeway in Rancho Cucamonga.
