Cost Plus World Market

Cost Plus World Market is located in La Quinta, California within the Washington Park Retail Center.  This highly visible center has over 300,000 SF of new retail shops and majors.  This building has a masonry exterior, wood framing, stucco and stone entrance, and a cost-effective hybrid roof system.  The inside build-out consists of steel stud framing, drywall, exposed ceilings, and a big-box look with display racks, wall racks and modern style check stands.  This is one of two Cost Plus stores that Primus is currently constructing in the Coachella Valley.  This facility, well ahead of schedule to date, has had only one minor changer order, due in part to a superb job by KKE Architects.
