Smoke Tree Commons

Smoke Tree Commons consists of five (5) major tenants within a larger mixed- use retail center by Donahue Schriber.  Primus is constructing the buildings for Linens-N-Things, Petco, Michaels, Cost Plus, and Jensen’s Market.  The structures are masonry with a hybrid roof system, stucco, and unique 12 foot high, textured cast-in-place planters at the entrances.  The interior finishes consist of steel stud framing, drywall, exposed ceilings, display wall racks, and modern style check stands.  Primus performed all the tenant improvements for the National tenants except Jensen’s, which was completed to a gray shell finish.  This work included coordination with various national vendors for materials and installation.  The completed project was turned over on schedule in March of 2008.
