Antelope Square Market

This retail center contains two stand-alone buildings each with over 20,000 SF of leaseable space, as well as three other stand-alone building pads that were not part of Primus’ scope. Building construction consists of wood framed walls, a hybrid roof system, stucco with accent tile, and tower structures. The two buildings are connected via a covered breezeway with a radius turret entrance, elevated planters and stone accents.
Primus did the entire 11 acre site development which included extensive drainage control structures. This work alone is over $1 million dollars worth of concrete, reinforcing, 3 precast bridges, retaining walls and extensive landscape work with native plants.
