Countryside Marketplace

Countryside Marketplace consists of three (3) major tenants within a regional retail center developed by Donahue Schriber.  Primus is constructing the Petco, Staples, and BevMo buildings.  The buildings are a masonry structure with a hybrid roof system, and an exterior of stucco and lap siding.  The interior finishes consisted of metal stud framing, drywall, exposed ceilings, carpet, tile and sealed concrete.  Primus provided the fixturization for the Petco store as well as coordination of national vendors at the Staples and BevMo.  Turnover of the Petco store occurred in approximately 4 1/2 months, from start to finish.
